MeAndYou sells digital services only; nothing is shipped. MeAndYou Plus switches on in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Some UPI payments can take a few minutes to confirm; the app checks automatically and you will not be charged twice.

If your plan has not switched on within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your payment ID (see our Refund Policy).
